Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once your cancellation request is received and processed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that orders already in the shipping process cannot be canceled. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible with your order details.

Refunds for canceled orders typically appear in your account within 5-7 business days, depending on your financial institution's processing times. You will receive a confirmation email once your cancellation has been successfully processed.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation). Certain items may be exempt from returns due to hygiene reasons or product nature, which will be clearly marked on the product page.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number may experience processing delays. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product).

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. The exact timing depends on your payment provider's policies.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. For returns that qualify for free return shipping, we will deduct the original shipping charges from your refund amount. Sale items may be subject to different refund policies as specified at the time of purchase.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, first check your bank account again. Some financial institutions may require additional processing time before posting the refund to your account. If you still haven't received your refund, please contact your credit card company or payment provider, as they may be holding the funds pending final confirmation.

If all these steps have been completed and you still have not received your refund, please contact us with your order details and we will investigate the matter promptly. We may require additional information from you to resolve the issue, such as bank statements or payment confirmations.
